Hibiscus flowers are caffeine free, making them ideal for herbal tea blends. When the flowers are dried out and soaked in hot water, they deliver a tart flavor with a hint of cranberry. Botanical Name: Hibiscus sabdariffa
Directions: To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
Safety Guidelines: May contain peanuts or shell fragments. Hibiscus may be intercropped with peanuts.
