Saalt cups are made of 100% medical-grade silicone and are free of BPA, Latex, and toxins. They provide 12 hours of protection (day + night) and are reusable for up to 10 years. They are odor-free, biocompatible, and FDA registered and compliant.
The Twin Pack comes with the original Saalt Cup and a Saalt Soft Cup so you can determine which firmness works best for different days of your period. The Saalt Soft Cup is great for cramping and sensitive days, while the original Saalt Cup may work best for your more physically active days.

Saalt Regular - Normal to heavy flow, 3-4 tampon capacity. Recommended for high cervix; post-childbirth
Saalt Small - Light to normal flow, 2-3 tampon capacity. Recommended for low cervix, first-time cup user
